Kettlebell Workout Routines Growing Popular By The Day
With everyone looking for news ways to lose weight, more and more people are look for kettlebell workout routines. I tend to stick to traditional weight training myself, but kettlebell workout routines are becoming more and more popular every day. I am starting to see the local gyms putting on kettlebell classes for their members, maybe I should give these kettlebell workout routines a go one day soon.
As kettlebells are growing in populaity I thought I would start looking around the web for some good workout programs to follow.
One that I came across and stuck out to me was KettlebellBurn2.0 over at www.kettlebellburn.com. Not only do they have a good solid kettlebell workout routines, but you also get these modules below (I have copied the module description below from their website):
Module 1: Training Plan ($297 Value) – This is the “meat and potatoes” of Kettlebell Burn 2.0. Inside is 16 weeks of fat-burning workouts that allow you to measure success each and every workout.
Module 2: Exercise Index ($39 Value) – Here are the exercises you’ll perform, pictures of how to perform them, and detailed descriptions of how to perform them, including expert cues to shortcut your learning curve.
Module 3: Fat Burning Nutrition Plan ($97 Value) – Talk about “meat and potatoes” – this is the real deal. Almost 20 years of “in-the-trenches” nutrition distilled into a simple system that allows you to burn fat immediately – customized for you.
Module 4: Nutrition Journal ($19 Value) – Accountability to yourself. That’s a major factor in the success of any fat loss program. Anybody who’s made dramatic changes in their appearance has used this method. In fact it’s EXACTLY what I used to get to 3.3% body fat! Success leaves clues – follow them!
Module 5: Training Journal ($27 Value) – Another major factor in fat loss is the ability to do more and more work. More work = more calories burned = more fat loss. Simple. This is how you track your ability to do more work each and every workout. If you don’t know where you are, you can’t know where you’re going.
Keeping a nutritional and training journal is very important if you do want to see actually result. (Every time I go to the gym I have my day per page diary with me to write down each workout I do, look at what I did the week before and take notes, I don’t see anyone else write down their workouts and they hardly ever progress)
Over at www.kettlebellburn.com they give you a very clear description of the advantages of kettlebell workout routines which I think you should check out for yourself.
Below I also came across a really good article too called:
