I over hear people talking about how much weight can you lose in a week and I want to scream

I really wish people would stop looking for quick fix diet plans. If you want to look good you need to change your life style and eat clean healthy meals and exercise. When I say the word “exercise” I then start to hear all teh excuses under the sun as to why they can’t

exercise, or, the other day someone asked me how they could lose some weight, I said eat small regular meals and exercise. She then said that “I do the house work, thats exercise.” Yes, hosue work is a form of exercising, but if you think thats all you need to do, think again.
