Looking for fat burning exercises from men, I have the plan for you.

 

I see a lot of guys in the gym who are working their ass off in the gym trying to their hardest on what they think are fat burning exercises for men. I see guys spend a tonne of time on the treadmill staying in the “Fat Burning Zone”. And yet they very seem to be able to change the why their bodies look. So, here is what I think are the best fat burning exercises for men.

Well, I say fat burning exercises for men, the only form of cardio I find to be the be form of exercise is what is called HIIT, aka, High Intensity Interval Training. Now you can do this on the treadmill, rower, cross trainer, anything really. What you do with HIIT is you have a “rest” speed and a “work” speed. You will be doing your rest speed, for example, 1 minute. You will be doing your work speed for 1 minute. Start off with the rest speed after a warm up.

The first few times you do your HIIT you will have to play around the speeds to find your rest and work speeds. A little test you can do is what is called the Talk Test.

How the Talk Test work is like this. To work out your rest speed you want to find a speed at which you can just about talk a full sentence at a time, but need to take a breath after each sentence. to work out your work speed, you want to be doing speed at which you will struggle to say any words.

One should work out your rest and work speeds keep a note of this in your training log as you will be referring back to this every time you do your high intensity interval training.

Now you start off with your rest speed for one minute, the next minute you will go straight into your work speed. I find that 15 minutes of high intensity interval training does a great job at burning fat. This would be a great fat burning exercises for men.

Now cardio alone won’t give you the best results. If you are looking for the best fat burning exercises from men you will have to to have some weight exercises in as one. As you know the more muscle you have more calories at rest your body will burn. This will help increase your daily calorie expenditure and burn the excess calories in your.

If you’re looking to build muscle, I would say doing to muscle groups a day is a good start. For example: Mondays could be chest and triceps, Wednesdays to be back and biceps, Friday can be legs and shoulders. And on Tuesdays and Thursdays you can do your high intensity interval training.

If you are only looking to lose fat and tone up, then you could do for body workouts on Monday and Wednesday and Friday.
