The Truth About Abs is the third book we came across that gave out good quality information on the fat loss process. This book focuses it’s attention on abs routines manly and touches on cardio and nutrition. Although the information is good and will get you on track on losing fat, it is the same old “balanced” diet we see everywhere.

 

With this book focusing a lot of attention on the abs routines you are not getting a “balanced” workout for your body. Doing just resistance exercises on just your abs you will not raise enough hormones within your body to maximise fat loss. But, it may be old hat now, a balanced eating plan will help lose fat  which this book gives you good info on.

 

Comparing The Truth About Abs to Fat Loss 4 Idiots and Burn The Fat it does come in a distance third position. But with other fat loss products out in the market place it still tops them.

 

So, in my opinion Burn The Fat is top  choice. This book gives you a lot of info on nutrition and a good amount on cardio and weight exercises. Giving you the overall optimum knowledge to burn the most fat in the shortest time out of all the fat loss products I have come across.

 

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is in second place. It may follow the same guild lines as Burn The Fat but without any proper exercise routines. But the diet calculator is a very handy piece of software if you do struggle on working out your meal plans.

 

The Truth About Abs is in third place due to the lack of info you get in the other two books. The cardio and the abs exercise chapters although are well put but should have been part of a much bigger book with an even focus on the overall body and exercises.
