Fat Loss 4 Idiots is another popular fat loss program. This is an online diet generator which after you clicking on the foods you like will calculate your daily meal plan for you. This is a handy feature and perfect for people who want that extra help in the fight for fat loss.

 

This program does say it can help you lose 9 lbs every 11 days. This can not be true for everyone though. Everyone will burn fat at different rates so if your going to buy this program to lose 9 lbs every 11 days you maybe disappointed.

 

But is it any different to Burn The Fat?

 

Believe it or not, this program follows along the same line as Burn The Fat in the way of calorie “zig-zagging” or “calorie shifting”. This is where you eat low calories for a set number of days then eating a high amount of calories for one or two days, or just eat what you like. You do get a brief overview on how this effects the body to burn those extra calories sitting around your belly.

 

This type of eating plan is not new. This has been around for a number of years in the fitness and bodybuilding world. This method of eating does work for fat loss very well and has helped millions of people to shed pounds from their bodies to make the feel better and sexier.

 

The difference with the two programs is that Fat Loss 4 Idiots is for people who do not wish to exercise. Nutrition is two thirds of the whole fat loss/building muscle game anyway. So it is possible to shed pounds without exercising, but your body will not be in a prime state to burn the most fat.

 

 

My Conclusion:

 

If you are only after getting rid of a few pounds Fat Loss 4 Idiots maybe for you. But with my experience as a personal trainer Burn The Fat will burn off so much more fat with very little extra effort. And will also explain in depth on how food effects the body.
